Default text alerts: We’re making text alerts the primary mode of communication for outage notifications. 
  
Consistent service: Enjoy the same level of reliability, now with the convenience of text alerts. 
  
Swift notifications: Text alerts deliver updates straight to your mobile device, so you’re always up to date. 
  
Real-time info: You’ll now receive timely alerts about restoration times, service crew dispatches and more, directly to your phone.  
  
Easily verify your contact details: Keep your information updated to receive outage alerts. 

How to verify:

  • Log in to your myEntergy account.
  • Visit the Notification Preferences section.
  • Verify your contact details.
  • Hit the “Edit all” button.
  • Click “Save” at the bottom of the page.
