Two easy ways to sign up

To receive restoration updates, simply activate Outage Alerts notifications by text or by logging in to myEntergy.com. You’ll want your account number and ZIP code handy.

Activating by text is easy:

Text the following message, keeping the spaces but deleting the brackets, to 36778:

Notifications will be sent only
to the contact information you provide.
Once registered, two-way texting is enabled, allowing you to text OUT to 36778 to report power outage or STAT to learn the status of your outage.
